Uncolored political lithograph depicting boats on a stormy sea with passengers giving forth commentary in speech bubbles. A huge merman is visible at left, with a cornucopia of papers labeled with vices. In the foreground is a rock marked "Law-Liberty-British Constitution", on which stands a flag marked "Protestant Ascendancy".
