This was the first pixilated Multiplex hologram made. Chess game board is a classic forced mate in eight, five moves after the opening. When viewer views hologram from the left or right, a chessboard with chesspieces is shown, the pieces in their starting positions, black pieces on right; as viewer moves toward center, the pieces change positions and the chessboard changes shape, changing from a square shape to having many points; by the time the viewer reaches the opposite side, the board and pieces have reverted to their original position; rainbow-colored image.
