Large piece of glass to which is adhered many shards of broken glass that more or less fill up the entire glass sheet; when lit from behindwith a laser, viewer sees red image of 6 apples; 4 sit more toward background in a 2X2 formation, while other 2 sits closer to foreground, appearing to float above the image plane; however, this entire image is also visible in every single shard of broken glass (this phenomenon is known as `redundancy').
