Irregularly-shaped greeting card in the shape of a television; adhered to the center of the card is an embossed foil holographic sticker in the same shape as the tv screen; words `HAPPY BIRTHDAY' project out of the sticker, with the moon and Saturn in background; good 3-D effect for a holographic sticker; card is blank inside; comes with one blue envelope; still shrink-wrapped in original packaging.
