Four pieces of holographic film in a 2 X 2 formation, sandwiched between 2 sheets of plexiglas and held together with 4 plexiglas screws; a one-inch area around the work is painted black to create a frame effect; upper right and lower left quadrants contain non-holographic, black-and-white photographic transparencies of a bamboo forest; upper right quadrant is a positive transparency, and lower right is a negative transparency, positioned upside down; upper left and lower right quadrants are rainbow-colored holograms of a bamboo forest; other 2 quadrants also contain rainbow-colored bamboo forest holograms that blend together with the transparencies; lower right hologram is upside down; title, creator's name and date written in bottom right corner.
