White, credit card-sized that reads "HOLOPRINT tm TEST CARD" on the center of the card, and "UNITED STATES BANKNOTE CORPORATION" at the bottom; a round, rainbow-colored holograhic sticker adhered to the right side shows an eagle in the center with the words "U.S. ROYALTY CORPORATION AUTHENTICITY" going around the outside perimeter; the card is not laminated, meaning the sticker is unprotected; seemingly a prototype that was shown at tradeshows, showing the value of holography as a security product.
