2 round, embossed, foil stickers adhered to the front of a greeting card, possibly for Valentines Day; front of card shows a boy and girl holding hands while riding in a hot air balloon, as they pass over a park; balloon has 2 red hearts and 2 holographic stickers, each containing a swirl pattern; blank card inside; on bottom of backside is `Copyright K CONCEPT, printed in Belgium' (K CONCEPT is the card company).
