Miniature 360-degree rainbow-colored hologram on a long strip of holographic film, placed in a special rotating structure. As structure rotates, viewer sees a rainbow-colored movie clip showing 2 claymation sequences from the film `Closed Mondays'; left portion of the hologram shows a scientist/inventor walking in front a face-like machine/computer with large lips; right portions shows a man making silly faces; motion is somewhat jumpy and not fluid.

Bob Gardner and Will Vinton, friends of the artist, assisted with this holographic translation of part of the Academy Award-winning claymation. Please note that due to the unique challenges of holography as a medium, high-resolution digital images are not available for most items in the holography collection. Please contact us for more information on reproducing images of holograms.
