Dark rainbow image of waterlilies. On the right side there is a hand palm up. Scattered throughout are little plastic babies, and also on the right is a cross that looks like it is glowing. The background is shiny metallic fabric that looks wavy when the image is rotated. Signed "Anait A.H.H 1990" in the bottom right.
