Three sheets of film adhered together with clear tape to form one continuous image (each sheet is a 120-degree hologram); film is placed in a special rotating structure [see Notes below]; viewer first sees 2 apples positioned on a glass surface so that their reflection is visible underneath; one apple stands upright, one on its side; as structure rotates, a hand comes in from the right side and places a third apple upright next to the other 2, forming a triangular formation; a few blotches of emulsion damage appear in the center of the hologram; rainbow-colored image.

Please note that due to the unique challenges of holography as a medium, high-resolution digital images are not available for most items in the holography collection. Please contact us for more information on reproducing images of holograms.
