Reversed pseudoscopic image; when viewed with a laser, a sharp red image of 3 apples is shown, 2 apples lying on side, the other standing; excellent horizontal parallax; when viewed as a white light transmission or reflection hologram, 2 different images can be seen depending on how hologram is situation; when held right-side up, 6 apples are shown, 2 in foreground, 4 more in background; when held upside down, only 3 apples are shown, in the same formation as when viewed as a laser transmission hologram; hologram is on a glass plate which is adhered to a slightly larger glass plate; the bottom inch of the larger plate overlaps the holographic plate, creating a lip that was used to place the hologram in a pedestal; 2 holes in the lip allowed the glass plate to be better secured in the pedestal;

Please note that due to the unique challenges of holography as a medium, high-resolution digital images are not available for most items in the holography collection. Please contact us for more information on reproducing images of holograms.
