Adhered to center of cover is a square, rainbow-colored, holographic, foil sticker that shows a demon-like male face with his mouth open wide and eyes arched as if he is screaming; back of cover is blue with white splotches with typed and handwritten words, which may be lyrics to the song.


Jacket for a 45 rpm record; front of black cover reads `The Fall.' (the name of the rock band) and `There's a Ghost in My House' (song title).
