A colored lithograph of the 'Elizabeth' racing against another cutter in the Plymouth Regatta of 1827. They are broadside to broadside as they approach the marking point, which is the small rowing boat with a large pole flying the Red Ensign. Details of the cutter's ownership, date in which it was made, and the setting of the scene are written in manuscript at the bottom margin.
