The schooner yacht 'Leda' sails to the left in stormy weather as she flies a signal. The sky is dark and cloudy with hints of the blue sky. Behind the yacht, is a three-masted vessel; the Red Ensign signals that she is a merchant ship. A lighthouse stands farther behind them in the distance on the left.
