Four pages of a book in German, blackletter font, on a single sheet printed both sides and folded over. The text discusses strange animals found in far-off parts of the world such as India and Africa, and compares them to animals mentioned in the Bible. At bottom right of first page, the number "236" has been handwritten in ink, which is likely near-contemporary with the publication of the object. There is an ornamental border at top with two human figures riding stylized dolphins.
