Six-page booklet titled `Hologram Having Caught an Instant Phenomenon,' which shows how to created reflection-type rainbow holograms made by heat embossing method; adhered to inner cover is an embossed, rainbow-colored holographic image on reflective foil, showing a lightbulb as it's being broken; booklet gives instructions on how to best view the hologram.
