Date made: 1984

An imaginary waterfall, this 3' x 6' panel holds six holograms of crystal rocks caught in a weightless landscape. Film is sandwiched between 2 large sheets of plexiglas for a horizontal display.

Title is pronounced "hee-co" like the last two syllables in Mexico in Spanish. Xico is the name of a waterfall that inspired the artist for the work. Please note that due to the unique challenges of holography as a medium, high-resolution digital images are not available for most items in the holography collection. Please contact us for more information on reproducing images of holograms.
