Plastic sheet to which is adhered 10 identical photopolymer holograms, in 4 horizontal rows of 3 holograms each, except for the bottom row, in which only left hologram remains; each hologram shows a goldish-green or reddish (depending on the angle of light) image of machine parts, a globe, a remote control-like device called an eccentricity monitor, and the words `Bently Nevada' along with the company's logo; computer circuitry appears in the background.
