Thick piece of clear plexiglas to which is adhered a round dichromated gelatin hologram, showing a computer keyboard and monitor, with an unknown object shown on the monitor; greenish-blue color; this plexiglas piece and hologram stand upright, as the bottom is adhered to a base, a small square piece of black plastic.
