Translucent plastic divided into 3 horizontal fields; top and bottom fields contain the words ":Laser Vision:"; bottom field's letters are upside down so there is really no top or bottom to the work--it can be viewed either way; middle field gives off a diffraction grating pattern when held up to light; prisms reflect off the light source, creating a sparkling, filter-like effect.
