wood, stamped on bottom front: "TAVERNIER-GRAVET" and "RUE MAYET 19, PARIS". Paper label on back. Shellac peeling off bottom taking chart with it. Missing moulding off front corner, broken off at 6.

Kenneth Germeshausen's gift of one of the modern era's most important slide rules proved the catalyst for the start of the museum's slide rule collection.
