Monochrome engraving depicting a star chart with both the component stars (with differing symbols corresponding to different magnitudes, and a legend thereof) and the figural representation of several constellations, including Cetus and "Pedes Andromeda" (Andromeda's feet), both of which are marked by pencilled-in arrows. Shows the progress of a 1661 comet across this region of the night sky. From the book "Theatrum Cometicum".
