MIT Corporation Member 1972-1977 and 1978- 1983; Buildings by I.M. Pei on MIT Campus: Cecil and Ida Green Building for Earth Science (Bldg. 54), Ralph Landau Building for Chemical Engineering (Bldg. 66), Camille Eduard Dreyfus Chemistry Building (Bldg.18), the Wiesner Building (Bldg. E15); received the Gold Medal of the American Institute of Architects in 1979 and won the Pritzker Prize in 1983.
