Maker: Nicholson, Peter
Date made: circa 1977
Materials: laser transmission; glass
Measurements: 10 in x 8 in
Dark, unclear, red image of a flat-faced bronze (?) Fong head sculpture from the Alice Kaplan collection; features round disks for eyes, a flat nose that looks as if it were broken off, and a skeleton-like mouth and teeth that look as though they were carved.
Please note that due to the unique challenges of holography as a medium, high-resolution digital images are not available for most items in the holography collection. Please contact us for more information on reproducing images of holograms.
