"NEW COMPUTING MACHINE - "Whirlwind I" an ultra-high-speed digital computing machine is pictured in action at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge. The Machine has a built-in 'memory' and the ability to deliver information 20,000 times a second.
